From Self-Organised Teams to a Self-Organised Organisation

The fit between Agile teams and traditional enterprise structures can be complex and challenging. How do we bring the concept of self-organized teams to the rest of the organisation? AdScale and many others think that Dynamic Self-Governance (DSG) bridges the gap between the agile approach to software development and agile business practices. It structures the entire ladder of management, including the board, to perform with agility and transparency in a trustworthy way.
