Carolyn has over 12 years' experience in project and programme management, software development and business analysis across many industry sectors.  She has worked in NZ, Australia, the UK and the USA, and has been acquiring and applying Agile PM and Delivery methodologies for the last three years.  She is currently a Principal Consultant at Fronde, specialising in helping clients implement Agile approaches.
