The Agile Facilitator

In some organisations and projects it's highly rated, in others it's under-used or misunderstood, but facilitated workshops are a powerful tool at the disposal of an agile project and indeed in many other business situations. This presentation describes what a Facilitated Workshop is and when it can be used. It also reveals some of the characteristics that need to be right for them to be successful including preparation, the room used and managing people. And it will suggest that well run facilitated workshops can have a positive impact on the way the whole agile project is run. This talk is aimed at Business managers, IT managers, team leaders and team members who are working on or thinking of working on agile projects or who would simply like to know more about facilitated workshops.
