Kanban at BBC Worldwide - Case Study

 Thursday 29 July 5pm for a 5:30pm start

This event is sponsored by Assurity and Solnet; there is no cost to attend this event.

The presentation will briefly visit the main principles of Kanban and then look at a case study of a successful implementation at BBC Worldwide by Dr Peter Middleton, a leading UK Lean researcher. It will cover the challenges the team faced, a real life Kanban board example and why the implementation was successful. It will also endeavour to touch on Systems Thinking, Theory of Constraints and queuing theory along with some hopefully useful tips not yet covered in Kanban literature.
