APN Auckland Event 3 - What is Agile? The Agile vs Waterfall Debate
So what is Agile? ? Gillian Clark
Jim Highsmith (amongst other things, the director of the Agile Project Management Advisory Service for the Cutter Consortium) has said "Agile is a way of thinking, not a particular practice."Whilst this is true and very relevant ? it doesn?t really answer the question ?but what is Agile, with a capital A?.This presentation is aimed at explaining what agile is (from a software development perspective) and examines:Ø Some of the flavors of AgileØ Mentions the fours parts of the Agile ManifestoØ The key features of any agile process
Agile v Waterfall ? A debate
