"The Infinite Improbability Drive" - Adopting Agile at Statistics New Zealand

"We had achieved the unthinkable in a few short months and now we had some evidence to convince our critics that there was a better way to write software." Hear about how Statistics New Zealand adopted agile in unfavourable circumstances. A revealing war story of guerrilla tactics, underground resistance and a snowballing momentum towards formal adoption.
