APN Wellington Event 7 - Building Quality into the Story Delivery Lifecycle
Building Quality into the Story Delivery Lifecycle
When implementing a User Story, how can you ensure that you have understood the user's intentions? And how do you know when you're done? The use of Agile Acceptance Testing techniques help the team develop a shared understanding of the User Story, and results in a set of tests that confirm that the story is "done".This presentation provides an overview of Agile Acceptance Testing and discusses the benefits of using Executable Specifications to implement the tests. Nigel illustrates the practice using the open source Concordion tool, based on his experience using it on his recent projects.
