APN Wellington Event 9 - The Documentation Dilemma
Documentation Dilemma
"Documentation"- even just that one word can make people, especially those in the IT industry squirm, feel a sense of dread or just run screaming into the hills. Combine this with the myth that Agile equals "no documents" and it is easy to see why some implementations of Agile frameworks fail or have a number of bumps along the way. Any organisation wanting to adopt Agile or who is currently adopting Agile must see the change process with a holistic view, and often documentation is left out of the loop until it's too late, souring the otherwise excellent work on the project. This presentation is aimed at people who are in the early stages of Agile adoption or who are now facing the document dilemma as they work to change their organisation.
